Signed up for the 3 for $33 trial classes to check out what the hype is all about. I had done Bar Method before and wasn’t a convert, but after the first session with Avant Barre, I knew I will be a regular client. The classes are not over crowded but definitely full which generates a nice energy. The pace is fast and challenging, using mostly your own weight to create resistance. You work out a nice sweat and I’d be damned proud when that day comes that I can do everything they ask of me. Nice facilities, great music and most of all, fantastic instructors. Newbies are welcomed and can go at your own pace, though the hard work going all around definitely inspires you to give it all you got!
